In today's electronic components distribution industry, Starzmicro Electronics , as the preferred supplier of the world well-known enterprises, take strict quality control as the key to our success. Starzmicro Electronics has all along been committed to the "Zero Defect" quality management system and we have established a comprehensive quality management system, from supply chain management to single transaction monitoring, from suppliers grading system to quality inspection procedures.
Since the introduction of ISO9001: 2000 management system in 2007, Starzmicro Electronics has been recognized as the "Qualified Supplier" by many well-known enterprises in the industry.
Quality management has infiltrated into all aspects of our work. We keep an insatiable desire for innovation, constantly enrich our quality management system and strive for our "Zero Defect" management objectives.
Supplier Base Management
Starzmicro Electronics implements ISO9001:2008 management system standards and strictly audit each supplier. Nowadays we have a large supplier grating system, including the detailed information of the existing over 5000 suppliers and the system will audit all the suppliers and make the strict grading quarterly.

Suppliers with an annual turnover of $ 50M or more and with third-party certification , such as ERAI, IDEA, ISO etc. - Tier 4

Quality Control Procedures
The strict quality inspection process is the core part of Starzmicro Electronics quality control system. In order to meet customer demands of "Reassuring Purchasing and Using" of the products, we develop detailed inspection processes to ensure effective and efficient implementation. We have advanced testing processes, professional testing equipments, experienced IQC engineers, which are the most important factors; professional and responsible working attitude, which can ensure our customers of world-class quality goods.
Step 1 - Appearance Inspection
We perform appearance inspection to all the warehouse goods and make detailed inspection records.
Manufacturers, manufacturers part numbers, quantity, date code and RoHS
Packaging inspection: whether the packaging is intact/ complete, in compliance with the corresponding standards of MSL
Marking inspection, consistency inspection, the original specifications and documentation check
Material appearance inspection, dust conditions, whether the pin is deformed, whether the pin shows signs of oxidation
HS CODE inspection, whether the invoice/packing list information is the same
Step 2 - Engineers to Re-examination
All the doubt-raising materials in the Appearance Inspection as well as materials provided by non-Tier 1 suppliers in the system should be re-examined by engineers.

Check the manufacturers label/marking and coding logo with reference to the quality control database
Barcode scanning inspection
Check with the original factory lot number, batch number, date code, and related wafer/packaging origins

Step 3 - Quality Testing
All the unidentified goods in the Engineer Re-examination process will undergo the quality testing process.

Storage/Packaging/Delivering
Electronic components are sensitive items with high demands for storage/packaging/delivering environments. Starzmicro Electronics strictly comply with the original preservation environmental standards for materials of all levels; from electrostatic protection, humidity control to constant temperature control, we meet all the original requirements for the correspondent goods to ensure the arrivals of "Zero Defect" goods to our customers.

Quality Control Database
Strict quality control process is an effective means for Starzmicro Electronics to ensure customers of "Zero Defect" goods, and its powerful IT system, real-time management of the quality control database is the most efficient backup. Detailed information of all incoming and outgoing goods will be uploaded to the company's Quality Control Database, and records will be archived, including:
Quality Control List, with detailed records of goods storage information
Samples returned and archived
Detailed information with photographs of the purchasing archived
Detailed information with photographs of the shipping archived
Substandard goods data archiving, with submission for inspection to the correspondent suppliers/procedures of the grading management system
Quality testing analytical measures/reports archived
Contacts of the manufacturers achieved
Furthermore, Starzmicro Electronics offers regular relevant study courses and experience sharing session to continuously strengthen its quality inspection function, which provides our quality inspection engineers with up-to-date expertise.
